I am an experienced Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, a licensed TRX/Kettlebell instructor, as well as trained in the art of Becoming Bulletproof.
I have a passion for fitness, especially in the elements, outside of the gym. I have a growing clientele of women warriors and operate various outdoor bootcamps in the Seacoast area. I focus on mainly bodyweight exercises, as well as incorporating kettlebells and TRX.
Keeping my warriors safe is a top priority of mine and there's no greater reward than to set goals with my clients and guide them to achievement.
I am a crazy Brit who grew up in Spain, then moved back to the UK to continue my education. I served 3 years in the Army Royal Green Jackets and now reside in Exeter, NH with my lovely wife and daughter, along with so many pets, i've lost count :) I enjoy golfing, skiing, and competing in area triathlons & duathlons.

A healthy lifestyle including fitness and health have always been important to me. I went to college to become nurse, taking care of people in that environment inspired me to take a new approach educating people by teaching them to be healthy through exercise and proper nutrition. After training with TRX for over a year I fell in love with the versatility. I then decided to become licensed in trx, where people of all ages and different fitness levels could start a program easily modified to fit their needs
